Earlswood Motor Club Rules

1. Minimum 12 Months commitment then rolling with 30 days cancellation notice.

2. Transferable to another Car at any time.

3. 30 Days cooling off period before any bookings can be made.

4. All Services to be booked in.

5. Services, Alignment, Air Con regas and MOT are limited items to one per year, per Car.

6. One Subscription per Car.

7. Refunds on any paid monthlies, on cancellations are not possible.

8. Services include: Oil, Interim or Major according to the manufacturer’s schedule.

9. NOT INCLUDED: Brake, Suspension and Tyre components. Any other Mechanical repairs, or other Maintenance items such as Gearbox/ Diff Services, Brake Fluid, Coolant or Cambelt changes.

10. Bulb replacements are for halogen – Non-Xenon/ LED Fittings.
